This paper proposes an image encryption algorithm based on sorted encryption chaotic matrix of Hybrid, which mainly aims at the short period of Logistic mapping and the comparatively low complexity of chaotic encryption. The algorithm uses the Hybrid mapping to produce a binary chaotic sequence, of which the period is extended to M-times, then generates the Sorted Chaotic Martix of Encryption, which is used to implement substitution encryption on the bit plane of the image. Then the substituted image is encrypted based on the method of queue transformation in order to raise its resistability to the interrlated attack. The experiment shows that the algorithm overcomes the flaws of the short period of Logistic mapping and of the comparatively low complexity of chaotic encryption, and is of strong resistability to various attacks and excellent security.
