The Performance Evaluation of Construction Enterprise Project Managers based on the Cloud Model and AHP

A comprehensive evaluation method based on the cloud model and AHP was proposed to evaluate performance of the construction enterprise project managers objectively and reasonably.The index weight was determined by AHP and transformation between qualitative and quantitative was realized via the cloud model.Using related calculation to determine the cloud of each indicators progressively.Then the performance level of project managers will be got through the comparison between the final evaluation cloud and the scale cloud.AHPcloud model was validated by an example,also providing reference value to the construction enterprise.
