Video Shot Saliency Extraction Technology

Research has been done on significant regional extraction technology.The video shot to complex and the combining static significant figure extraction method is improved by using two features of dynamic or static model as clues.The new method is highly sensitive for sports feature chosen in complex movement video.The experiment results show that the proposed static and dynamic model based on adaptive weight increase or decrease of the way to get the fusion of combining static significant figure than ever,high accuracy,and much more like the human visual system working mechanism.
