There are simple sentences which express such a complex meaning like compound sentences between subjects and predicates in modern written Chinese.According to the function of the attributive clauses, the sentences can be divided to two types: sentences with defining attributive clauses and sentences with non-defining attributive clauses. The former always appears in rule texts to classify different possible cases, and the later can be found in literary texts, which can reveal one's judgments or feelings.
