On Problems Existed in University Journals Poofreading and Corresponding Countermeasures

The work mode of editing and proofreading combined in university journals, the versatile proofreading, and limited time bring certain difficulties to university journals proofreading, thence affecting the proofreading quality. To solve this problem, it is necessary to start with proofreading by responsible editor, then between editors, by the author himself and the final proofreading by the chief editor. Only by doing so can the quality of university journals be improved.
