An Electronic Vote Protocol Without Authority

This Paper presents an simple and efficient electronic voting protocol without authority based on ELGamal encryption scheme. In this protocol, all voters share one key, which is used to encrypt vote. Voter proves the effect and anonymity based on indistinguishable proof of knowledge. The result is determined by all voters which may be publicly verified.Compared with the protocol of [3], the rounds is independent of the number of voters in this paper.
