On the Copyright of MP3 Digital Network Music

With the Internet into people's life, the development and application of network technology bring a lot of new law issues to the traditional copyright protection, making the protection of the network copyright a new subject for theoretical research. Concerning the nature and ownership of MP3 Digital Network Music and some law issues involved, this paper makes a brief analysis of the copyright of MP3 Digital Network Music.
