Safe Characteristics of One Like RSA

Comparing with safe problems of the RSA system,this paper gives out two safe characteristics of one like RSA consisting of Dickson Polynomials gk(x,a). One of the characteristics is that like RSA is not homomorphic except few numbers,while the other is that like RSA still exist circular attack problems.
