Investigation and Realization of a New Method of E-Mail Filtering

While the E-mail brings the great facility to people,but the increasing unsolicited bulk E-mail,also brings great inconvenience and danger to people.The filtering precision of methods used by traditional mail filters is relatively low,can't well satisfy the demand of filtering.This paper has proposed a kind of E-mail filter system based on vector space model with word as the characteristic of text vector,adopting a kind of new feature function whendrawing word frequency vector to increase the filtering precision,and has improved the vector space model and achieved better filtration of unsolicited bulk E-mail.
