The challenge and countermeasures of the nursing service in the special wards

Since the special wards were set up, we have achieved great performance in special nursing service. This paper discussed the problems in nursing service and provided the countermeasures from the following aspects: the patients need more and more high quality of nursing service, there has been a big distances between the whole diathesis and the needs of the patient, and the patients come from far-ranging background.
