Aiming at valley data's feature such as multi source, multi dimension, multi type, multi variant, multi volume, multi subject, this paper uses the design thought of subject point source database, which can meet the fusing management of valley data in great quantity, to build valley engineering. Based on Subject point source database system,Multi S integrating stage development model of digital vally is established.
