An Analysis of Satisfaction towards the Digital Library from the Data Mining Perspective

By means of DM(data mining),the author integrates and analyzes the data from the Digital Library of the International and Public Affairs College of SJTU,and extracts useful knowledge using data analysis tool from the abundant information.Aiming at the construction need of SJTU digital library,user satisfaction towards the library is analyzed from a data mining perspective and a data model built based on the Analysis Services 2000 data model,so that the Digital Library can better serve the readers.
