Accountability System Should Be Applied in Scientific Research Project and Awards

Now the academic already involved in the vortex of interests,so the papers,works and issues,results,and so on,have hung up the hook of status and interests.In order to position and interests,the fraud of the papers,works and issues,results in the field is ongoing.Why so? Reason must be a lot,and also may be very deep,but lack of responsibility must be one of the important reasons.In view of this,in order to curb the academic corruption,maintain the cleanness of academic and sacred,the accountability system should implement in the scientific research project and awards aspects.
