Teaching Files in Colleges:Their Management and Service

Based on the discussion of the teaching files management and its existing problems in colleges, this paper intends to strengthen the consciousnesses of service,broaden the way of file collection,advance the modernization of the file management devices and enlarge the openness of the file management for social services,so as to bring the role of teaching files into full play.
