The paper introduces briefly all kind of low-voltage system, expounds some iss u es on IT low-voltage system such as its characteristics, safety requirements an d leakage current protection combining with mining field environments. The paper also refutes the wrong opinion that the leakage current protection isn't recomme nded in IT low-voltage system, analyses some problems should be noted on leakag e current protection for mining machinery in IT low-voltage system.
