Progress on Synthesis and Application of N-Acylamino Acid Type Surfactants

The synthetic methods and progress of preparing N-acylamino acid type surfactants in recent years were summarized in this paper.A comprehensive evaluation and comparison of technologies for their synthesis i.e.direct and indirect method were conducted.Their applications in daily chemical and biomedical were introduced also.And it was pointed out that these products should be developed targeting at definite application fields combining with locally advantageous natural resource.
