The information disclosure of higher institutions will undoubtedly greatly facilitate public access to the information of universities and colleges.Through the analysis of the affecting factors of the public access to the information resources,this article discusses the types of information needed by the public and advances some effective measures to promote the information disclosure of higher institutions and to realistically ensure the public to get access to the information of higher institutions.
