On electronic commerce

With the development of information technology and individual request,electronic commerce(EC)is rapidly developing.Though many people paid more attention to EC,but the same understanding of EC has not been gotten.After studying the situation of the electronic tools applied to commerce,it is pointed out that EC is the electronic tools applied to whole course of commerce,and the high efficiency and the low cost of the enterprise and society is the final goal of EC.
