Appliation system of SCADA to the process of separating oil and water in joint stations

We have studied a compositive man\|machine interface/supervise and control system using joint station to separate oil and water. It includes flow\|process display, parameter supervise, history trend, alarm note, parameter modification, figure sieve\|wave and data gathering module. It can collect, consult, memorize, control and manage all kinds of basic information. Combining its characteristics of industrial control, we provide the concept of autonomy function and respond function and apply it to many industry control process to settle basical timing data collection to depend on multi\|task under ebb\|time condition. Afer applying control system, joint station pressure of subside dehydrate and pressure of power dehydrate ranges from 0.25～0.35 MPa, wate content of extarnal oil transportation is 0.15 %～0.20%. It satisfies the need of field operation.
