Let N be a real symmetric matrix,N exists the one and only generalized Cholesky factorization J+N=(I+L)J(I+L)T when it satisfies the condition:ρ(N)1.Some perturbation theories which connected with the conclusion are introduced,which improve the recent results in a brief.
