A system design plan for comprehensive evaluation system based on FAHP and B/S technical architecture is put forward.Applying evaluation indexes and their weight of FAHP.Established the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of evaluation system of university students.The result of practiced application indicates that the system has a good security and stability.It is of practical value for comprehensive evaluation in colleges and universities.
