Research of Anhui Province Earthquake IP-based Video Conferencing Systems

on the basis of the China Seismological Bureau video conferencing connectivity with each Seismological Bureau,the Bureau constructs IP-based video conferencing systems,achieves off-site consultation and work together between internal provincial Bureau of seismic system and stations.The system changes the Bureau traditional inefficient earthquake consultation,conferences,academic exchanges and linkage means and it has a certain practical significance.
