Application of the Dynamic Management Model in the Enterprise Emergency Protocol Management

In this paper, the composing and concepts of the dynamic management model in the enterprise emergency protocol management are expounded base on notion of the dynamic management and lack of the enterprise emergency protocol management. The mode of operation in the enterprise emergency protocol management is analyzed through elements of the model in the enterprise emergency protocol management and PDCA circulation. The level of the management in the enterprise protocol is improved, another theoretical method for emergency protocol management is provided, aiming at direction the work of emergency protocol management.
