On Notice of Writing of Technological Thesis and Submission Process

In this paper,with the author's own editing practice,some details encountered in the majority of authors in writing of technological thesis and submission process often were collated,and some recommendations in both how to reduce the number of retreating manuscripts,and to improve the hit rate are provided.
