Prediction of Shanghai Housing Price after Property Tax Levying:Based on RBFNN

A Radial Basis Function Neural Network(RBFNN)is established in this paper to approximate DUST price model of microeconomics.The effects of levy property tax on housing prices were analyzed.The results showed that the tax in circulated links made a long-term positive impact on the housing prices,while the tax in retained links made a short-term negative impact.Then the author gave an economic analysis and some policy suggestions for the experiment results.
