Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method applied in the prediction of sudden coronary death

Objective: To study the feasibility of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method applied to risk prediction of sudden coronary death( SCD). Methods: Two level index system of SCD related factors were established and the index weight and membership function were determined. Two level fuzzy decision model of SCD in risk prediction using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was constructed. Results: Fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was applied successfully to create risk prediction software based on fuzzy decision. Conclusion: Application of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method can build software for prediction of SCD,and promotion of the use of the software can make up for the lack of basic unit physicians of clinical experience. Patients can receive timely intervention treatment so as to reduce the frequency of SCD and mortality greatly.
