The Advantages of Applying Specialized Parallel Corpus in the Translation of IT Text

This study is based on the self-made IT specialized Chinese-English parallel corpus,with the help of software AntConc,aimed to do research analysis on the IT corpus. The results turned out that there are more advantages as for IT specialized parallel corpus compared with bilingual dictionary,the specialized parallel corpus can fill in the lack of word class in bilingual dictionary,it has more sentence examples resources,it can realize the equivalence between Chinese and English and it also can provide context for translation.
