Comparative Study on the Organization Methods of Topic Maps and Traditional Information

This paper compares the Topic Maps Reference Model with traditional information organization methods coming from library science,on the view of topic maps we reviews these methods,and find the difference between them and common features,in order to deeply understand the connotation topic maps and meaning of renewing traditional information organization methods.
