Based on the ArcGIS Engine and IDL,this article discussed the integrated development technologies of RS and GIS.And then,the paper introduced the realization method of system framework which was applied on remote sensing monitoring system of Caofeidian.At last,this paper described the detailed design idea and the corresponding function.
