Application status of 3D laser scanner in the measurement

This article briefly introduces the research background and classification of 3D laser scanner,mainly expounds its application in respects of Reverse Engineering,historical architecture protection,deformation survey,and disaster alleviation,etc.,and then points out that the wide application of 3D laser scanner will bring new development opportunity for topography.
