Application of Multi-level Cache Technique in Improving Quality of Power GIS

This paper presents a method to enhance the capability of power GIS by applying multi-level buffer technology.which adequately combines the techniques of DBMS,ARCSDE,Berkeley DB and the application of Cache and multithread,and utilizes reducing the web data flow,sever dependence and the computational complexity in client,and improving the speed of inquiring to enhance the capability of power GIS effectively by using high-powered inquiry mode of Berkeley DB.
