Application of Grey Correlation Theory in Slope Stability Analysis

The influencing factors of slope stability are numerous and complex,with different influencing degrees,which are incomplete and uncertain.In this paper,based on grey correlation analysis of grey system theory,the main influencing factors of slope stability such as specific gravity,cohesion,inner frictional angle,slope angle,slope height,and pore water pressure ratio are selected to establish grey correlation method for slope stability analysis.The evaluation result of the given application example conforms to the actual condition,which indicated the validity of grey correlation method in slope stability analysis.
