Transience and closed collection of Markov chains in random environment

In this paper,A sufficient and necessary condition that strongly π-irreducible Markov chains in random environment are transient is given,and some sufficient conditions for transience of Markov chains in random environment are given in certain conditions.The concept of closed collection of B∈B~N is put forward.
