On the Overall Process and Standard of Introducing CIS Strategy to Higher Vocational College

At present,an increasingly large number of college administrators have been recognizing the im-portance and significance of the CIS strategy in respects of enhancing cohesion between teachers and students,pro-moting competitiveness,and establishing the college's reputation,and a great deal of exploration and practice have been carried out in this regard.The article expounds on the background and concept of CIS strategies,and makes analysis and research on the overall process and standard of CIS strategy.
