Batch verification electronic payment scheme

This paper presents a batch verifying multi-signature scheme and the security of which is based on the hardness of polynomial discrete logarithm over finite field Fp.Using this multi-signature scheme we describe a fair electronic payment protocol,which can greatly improves the efficiency of electronic payment protocol.
