In order to test the performance of high resisting impact plastic tubes,a new type of tubes impact tester was designed.It adopted common asynchronous motor and worm-gear speed reducer as power device;used DC magnet to scratch and realease the drop hammer;used movable assembly pulley as the automatic releasing device of the DC magnet's power cable.This equipment brings falling impact test into automatization,its application solved the problem that old machine couldn't test the high resisting impact plastic tubes.
