Bound of the Spectral Radius for the Hadamard Product of Nonnegative Matrices

This gives a new upper bound of the spectral radius for the Hadamard product of two nonnegative matrices by using Cauchy-Schwitz inequality and compared the new upper bound with the existing classical results. Numerical example shows that the proposed bound improves some existing ones.
