A New Computing Method of Synthetical Confidence when Multi-hypothesis Applied in the Same Conclusion

A new method for computing the conclusion′s synthetical confidence is proposed for the uncertainty reasoning problem when multi-hypothesis is applied in the same conclusion.The method synthesizes the confidences of multi-hypothesis directly to avoid assigning and normalizing the probability in evidence reasoning.The numerical analysis shows that the synthetical confidence obtained by the method has no relation with the operation order of each hypothesis and has the anti-jamming ability for high opposite hypothesis,and has a strong robustness.The method is an effective way of computing the synthetical confidence in engineering practice.
