The system construction of Three Intensive Management and Movements is one of the most significant management changes in the history of State Grid Corporation of China. In order to ensure business process smooth operation after management mode change, Baiyin power supply company actively explores and develops a process control technology based Five Large-scale business process management control and performance evaluation system, and puts it into operation. This paper introduces the system construction background, describes the Java web based mainstream frameworks applied to system development, system functions and system design in detail, and shows system practical application effects.
