The limits of random walk with resting state in random environment

Random walk with resting state in random environment was descibed and analyzed. The recurrence of the these processes with the proof method of plya′s theorem was simply derived.Using the law of the iterated logrithm,the strong limiting bounds for maximal excursion were obtained.
