Improved Algorithm for ForCES LFBs Topology in J2EE

The platform referred to in this article is constructed by J2EE model in the research of CE platform of ForCES.Based on this platform,the collection and organization of topology data can be done.Meanwhile,new auto-layout arithmetic has been brought forward in this article,which can solve more effectively the display problem of LFB topology in ForCES research.
