Realization of Decimal Frequency Divider Based on FPGA

This paper presents the frequency division theory and circuit design of dualmodulus preset decimal frequency divider based on FPGA. The frequency devider implemented with a Spartan3 chip is described in VerilogHDL,and simulated with ModelSim SE.
