University emergencies management——study on ideological leading mechanism

It is valuable for introducing ideological leading concept to university emergencies management,and furthermore developing ideological leading mechanism to meet the management requirements of Chinese universities.In the process of emergencies management,ideological leading mechanism has three functions of forecast,coordination and supervision.University emergencies make great challenges to ideological leading mechanism,and also give it further developing area.
