Thoughts on Perfecting the Legislation for Illegal Invasion of Computer Information System

The crime that illegally invade computer information system is the product of information times,regulated by Article 285 of Chinese Criminal Law.However,some legislation defects on accusation,criminal object and target,criminal subject,sorts of punishment and sentence and criminal jurisdiction have been existed in this crime.Hence,the accusation definition should be regulated on the basis of legislation,the criminal objects should be properly enlarged,the subjects of unit crime should be increased,the sorts of punishment should be added,the range of punishment should be extended,and the criminal jurisdiction should be defined.
