This paper introduces a method of developing the testing system, using it the level of examinees operating FLASH can be checked out. It collects the answer of examinees by analyzing data. Using vary method to format the data by the characteristics of them in the SWF file. Finishing the judgment base on the technique of database, and it is high efficiency, impersonal, secure and scientific.
