To solve the multi-ore spot the spread of the coal production data and tend to produce error problem,easy to intensively manage for enterprises and local governments strengthen revenue supervision,design a multifunctional coal production measurement and management system of combining the weigh measure data with remote video monitoring.System uses SQL Server 2000 back-end database,Visual C++ development tools,C++ language and streaming media technology,designs and develops the local weight display software,streaming media server,streaming media client and database applications such as four modules,makes use of Ethernet to finish the state supervision of the weight controller monitors,the port settings,parameter settings,data collection,analysis,storage and display video images,historical queries,report printing and so on.The system has been applied successfully in Baicheng County in Aksu Prefecture.
