Design and Fabrication of C Band Low Cost Frequency-variable Broad Band Phase Locked Local Oscillator Source

By selecting highly integrated phase locked loop(PLL) circuit with digital interface,a design scheme of C band broad band integrated frequency-variable phase locked source is realized,the output bandwidth and output frequency interval of which are 5.4~6.4 GHz and 50 kHz respectively.Then,a practical circuit is made according to the design scheme.Experiment shows the circuit has many advantages such as wider bandwidth,higher noise suppression,better whole system performance,more easily to be controlled by digital circuit,and lower cost.
