Urban Real Estate Exploitation Decision Support System Based on GIS

It is a significant work to build the software system for the city real estate exploitation.This paper puts forward its principle and goal, and probes how to design the GIS database, as well as presents the technology frame of the system based on COM-GIS and the procedure model of decision support system(DDS).
