Operational Risk Alert System Based on Case-Based Reasoning

This paper studies the composing,function,structure and principle of the operational risk alert system according to the characteristics of the method of case-based reasoning(CBR) and the operational risk cases.And a lot of critical techniques in the operational risk alert system based on case-based reasoning are discussed.The paper adopts the method of 2-tuple or 3-tuple to describe the cases and the relational database systems(RDS) for storage,the clustering to optimize the index and the nearest neighbor approach to the case retrieval,and finally presents an analysis of the cases adaptation and the tactic of study.
