Provincial Radio and TV Universities' Plight in the Setting of Modern Distance Education Development

The great development of modern distance education context,the development of TV systems should be given greater development,but the reality is that more problems and passive.Within the or their own have deficiencies,malnutrition,autistic tendencies and other reasons,the solution is optimization.But more due to outside the system,community TV system educational philosophy question than identity,on the TV system,the local administration's attitude is indifference,online education colleges and universities's attitude is competition than cooperation.Government and the educational administrative departments should attach importance to the modern TV resources in the role of distance education,and give substantial project support,the necessary input of funds,this is true path.to solve the plight of TV.
